SFDC ConsultantHi Are the Activation Fees a one-off (per user) or do you have to pay (for example) $49.00 per month / year? I am interested in the Data Cleaning software as an individual Kind Regards, SFDC Consultant
Maria BalobanovaHi, the Data Cleaning is available as a part of any of these license packages: Essentials ($49.95), PRO ($99.95) and GURU ($199.95) packages. Choose the one that suits you the most. The fee is indeed one-off (per user per computer), lifetime. Free upgrades and support are included for 1 year since the purchase date. Later, you can choose to upgrade (with a fee), or keep using your purchased version.
Michael WoodsHello, Can I confirm how the Terminal Server License would work? Would users have to log into the terminal server in order to open a copy of Excel on the Terminal server to make use of XLTools or is it that the local copy of the users Excel is opened and XLTools 'looks at' the Terminal server programme from the users local Excel? kind regards Michael
Maria BalobanovaHello Michael, The first option you described (working with Excel on your terminal server) - is for the Terminal Server License to work for the users on the server. Then you'd need one license per server. The second option (working with a local copy of Excel on users' PCs) - is suitable for individual licenses. In this case licenses should be activated individually (number of licenses = number of users/PCs). We offer volume discounts, if you find this option more suitable. Feel free to download and take a free trial in both cases. Thank you for your interest in XLTools.
